Customer Service Policy

If goods you have ordered are not available at the time of your purchase, you will be notified within 48 hrs (excluding weekends) via email or phone to arrange an alternative. You may elect to:

  1. Receive alternative wines at an equal price,
  2. Receive the same wine variety produced in a different year,
  3. Receive a refund, or
  4. Place your order (or part of your order) on back order to receive when the wine becomes available.
